Bonded evaporator
The bonded evaporator is a traditional combination of aluminum plates and aluminum tubes used in refrigerated evaporators. The evaporator coil is installed on the adhesive aluminum plate of the evaporator. One end of the evaporator coil is connected to the connecting pipe of the refrigerating evaporator, while the other end passes through the variable room evaporator assembly and is connected to the refrigerating evaporator with a transition pipe. The other end of the transition pipe is connected to the evaporator's connecting pipe and the air return pipe assembly.
The process involves cutting the aluminum plate, cutting the hot-melt adhesive film, covering the film, bending and flattening the serpentine tube, then vulcanizing to bond the aluminum tube and the aluminum plate, and finally coating with double-sided adhesive. This completes the evaporator.
This product can reduce energy consumption and increase the service life of refrigeration equipment.

- Domestic and Commercial Refrigeration: Used in evaporators for static refrigerators and freezers, as well as condensers.
- Thermodynamic Heat Pumps: Utilized in solar evaporators and condensers for boilers and water tanks.
- Climatization: Applied in radiant ceilings and radiant walls.
- Electronics and Automotive: Employed in PCB cooling frames, box water cooling, battery cooling, and surface heat exchangers.
Evaporator Coating Quality Standards
- Coating Thickness: Flat plate spray powder thickness of 40-90 µm.
- Impact Resistance: Withstands 50 kg/cm without cracking or peeling.
- Hardness: Coating hardness of ≥2H.
- Adhesion: Meets the first-grade standard (Cross hatch and tape test).
- Lustre: Gloss level of ≥86%.
- Flexibility: Bends to a 3D circle without cracking or peeling.
- Corrosion Resistance: Complies with HG/T2006-91, GB/T1771-91 standards; powder coating withstands 400 hours with no corrosion.
Internal Quality
- Leakage: No leakage.
- Cleanliness: Meets internal cleanliness requirements for both CFC and non-CFC refrigerants.
